  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup cartoned coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (any kind will work)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground flax seed

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Option to add more coconut milk as desired.

NOTES

  • in order to keep this recipe vegan, use a plant-based protein powder.
